Texas driver's licenses may be suspended for a variety of traffic-related reasons. These reasons are not limited to habitual Springtown traffic violations, driving without proof of auto insurance, drinking and driving (DWI), neglecting to pay State Surcharges and sometimes even medical revocation. No matter the reason the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) has mailed you a Notice of Suspension, the Law Office of Attorney Jack Byno may be retained to defend against the suspension of your driver's license in the Parker County Justice Court, which is where your DL suspension hearing will take place if one is granted to you. Has your driver's license already been suspended? There is still a chance that we may be able to seek you a temporary, Essential Need License (ODL). For more information on Springtown DL suspension, please complete our DL Suspension Contact Form.
You will know if your driver's license has been set for suspension, because you will receive a Notice of Suspension in the mail from the Department of Public Safety. Springtown DL suspension notices are serious and should not be disregarded under any circumstances. In the case that you do not respond to a DPS-issued DL suspension notice before the date specified (you will be allowed 20 days to respond), you can expect for your driver's license to be suspended. However, if you do take action to respond to your Notice of Suspension, and are granted a Springtown DL suspension hearing, Jack Byno & Associates may be hired to represent you in the Parker County Justice of the Peace Court, and to defend against the suspension of your driver's license. If it is too late for our law firm to defend you in court because your DL has already been suspended, we may still be able to seek an Occupational Driver's License (ODL), which is a temporary DL. Unsure as to the actual reasons behind the suspension of your driver's license? You may find the answers you are looking for by taking a look at your Texas Driving Record.
Has your driver's license been suspended because of traffic violations committed in the City of Springtown, Texas? If so, or for reasons including a car accident you caused while not carrying auto insurance (Crash Suspension), it may seem that you are out of options, but this is not necessarily the case. The Law Office of Attorney Jack Byno knows what it takes to seek Occupational Driver's Licenses (ODLs) on behalf of clients struggling to make it through a Springtown DL suspension. If granted to you, an ODL would permit you to drive temporarily to school, work and other venues essential to everyday life.
Are you struggling to make it through your DL suspension? Why not see if our law firm is not able to acquire you an ODL? If you would like for us to apply for an ODL (which is sometimes referred to as an Essential Need License) on your behalf, we may ask you to provide us with particular information beforehand, including your DL number, proof that you hold auto insurance and a copy of your driving record. If you are granted a temporary driver's license, we may also ask you to follow the ODL driving restrictions that will come with it. These restrictions often include when and where you are allowed to drive. If you fail to follow these restrictions, and are pulled over by a law enforcement official, you may be charged with Driving While License Invalid (DWLI). We would advise all of our ODL clients to avoid DWLI at all times, as penalties associated with it are serious and not limited to arrest, prolonged DL suspension and expensive court fines.
Jack Byno & Associates have been challenging Springtown DL suspension in the Parker County JP Court since 1994. Therefore, no matter the traffic-related reasons behind the suspension of your driver's license, there is a good chance that we may be retained to represent you at a DL suspension hearing that has been scheduled for you by the Texas Department of Public Safety. In the past we have been successful in our attempts to get DL suspension overruled on behalf of our clients, so rest assured that we would do our best to provide you with the same service if hired for you. Even if your DL has already been suspended and you are unable to drive yourself to work, the grocery store and other locations you cannot do without, our legal team may attempt to seek an Essential Need License on your behalf. If you would like additional information on Springtown DL suspension, Parker County JP Court proceedings, DPS-issued suspension notices and hearings, or ODLs, please complete our DL Suspension Contact Form or give us a call at 817-685-0912.
