Sherman DL Suspension Hearing Notice
DL holders whose driver's licenses have been designated for suspension will be made aware of this by the Department of Public Safety, who will mail affected motorists a Notice of Suspension beforehand. This DL suspension notice will allow its recipient 20 calendar days to respond by requesting a Sherman DL Suspension Hearing with DPS.
