Your driver's license may be suspended if you were caught driving without proof of valid auto insurance. No Insurance Suspensions do not necessarily have to keep you off the road, if you have the right people on your side to fight the suspension. At the Law Office of Attorney Jack Byno, we have been practicing Texas traffic law for more than 20 years, and thoroughly understand Texas DL suspension, and No Insurance Suspensions in particular. If you decide to retain us to fight your DL suspension, we will notify DPS and then appear at your scheduled DL Suspension Hearing, which will be held at the Justice of the Peace Court. If you would like more information on how DL defense lawyers may be able to help you fight your No Insurance Suspension, please fill out our DL Suspension Contact Form.
If you are now up against a No Insurance Suspension because you chose to get behind the wheel without car insurance, it may seem as though you have no options to consider. This may not be the case, but you will not know if you have a chance to fight your No Insurance Suspension unless you call Jack Byno & Associates. If you have received a Notice of Suspension from DPS, or you were not able to successfully fight your No Insurance Suspension in court, our DL defense attorneys may still be able to seek you an Occupational Drivers License (ODL). An ODL is also known as an Essential Needs License, and acts as a temporary permit for drivers who need transportation to imperative locations, such as work and school, even though their regular license has been suspended.
Consider giving Jack Byno & Associates a call if you have been hit with a No Insurance Suspension. In the future you will know to drive only with valid auto insurance on your person, but for now keep in mind that our law office may be able to help you fight your No Insurance Suspension so that you may stay behind the wheel legally. We may be able to do this by attempting to challenge your DL suspension in the Justice Court or by seeking a temporary driver's license on your behalf. Looking for more information on No Insurance Suspensions, ODLs or other reasons for DL suspension? Please complete our DL Suspension Contact Form, pay a visit to our FAQ page or give us a call at 817-685-0912.
