The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) will mail you a Notice of Suspension if your DL is in danger of being suspended over traffic offenses previously committed in the City of Lake Worth. These restrictions may include the locations you are allowed to drive to, and the times of day during which you may drive. Failure to follow them can lead to a Driving While License Invalid (DWLI) charge, which in turn may lead to severe repercussions, including incarceration, extended Lake Worth DL suspension and court fines.
