DENTON County DL SUSPENSION ATTORNEY

Attorneys Jack Byno & Associates have been representing people in Denton County since 1994 in traffic related cases.  Our firm is extremely family with the required procedures of Driver's License Suspension Hearings.  If you received a Notice of Suspension from the Texas Department of Public Safety (Texas DPS) you have a limited time to request a hearing.  Our office is available to fight on your behalf at your Denton County hearing.

TEXAS DPS NOTICE OF SUSPENSION

If you have received a Notice of Suspension form Texas DPS, and it is not past the 20 day deadline to request a hearing, our Attorneys can help you.  When you retain our Law firm we will immediately fax and mail a  letter to Texas DPS requesting a hearing in a Denton County Justice of the Peace Court.  Providing our office with a copy of your driving record will assist us in our representation of you.  Reason that you may have received a Notice of Suspension may include having too many tickets for moving violations on your driving record, two or more insurance convictions, an accident or not paying surcharges.  Our office has over 20 years of experience fighting Denton County Driver's License Suspensions.

There are instances when your Driver's License may have been suspended, such as not replying to the Notice of Suspension in time or losing your Denton County Driver's License Suspension Hearing.  If this is the caes you may retain our services to apply for an Occupational Driver's License (ODL) otherwise known as an "Essential Needs License".  To qualify for an ODL you must not have a Class A Commercial Driver's License or have two or more DWI convictions on your driving record.  If you are granted an ODL you must comply with the limitations listed by the Judge.  For instance you may use an ODL to drive to the doctor, to and from work, take your child to school or to a school function.  When applying for an ODL in a Denton County court you must provide our office with an SR-22 from your insurance company, a list of the Counties you must drive in to go to an "essential" location, a copy of your driver's license with the audit number and the required Court fees.  If you would like to apply for an ODL our office is available to assist you.
