FIONA WORTHY is originally from Houston, Texas. After receiving her degree in Communications and Journalism from the University of Houston in 1993, she joined the Houston Independent School District and taught middle school for the next 12 years. Deciding upon a career change, she left work as a public educator to study law at South Texas College of Law, a Houston-based member of the Association of American Law Schools. After completing her studies and graduating from law school in 2011, Attorney Worthy moved to the DFW area to practice law. She is now an important part of Jack Byno & Associates, and her clients depend on her for consultation, jail release, court representation and a variety of other legal services.
JACK BYNO grew up in Euless, Texas. After graduating from high school and receiving his undergraduate degree from the University of North Texas, he moved to Japan, where he taught English for three years. Making his way back to the U.S., he enrolled at the Southern Illinois University School of Law. After graduating from law school, he moved back to DFW and successfully passed the Bar Exam. In 1994, he established his own DFW-area law firm and by 1999 was appointed Municipal Court Judge of Haltom City. Also serving as an Associate Judge in the cities of Richland Hills, North Richland Hills, Grapevine, Euless, Hurst and Bedford, Attorney Byno decided to leave the bench to work full-time at his law firm. His clients rely on him for assistance with DL suspensions along with other traffic-related violations, from speeding tickets to DWI charges.
